What are my options?
Freestanding Palisade Fence. This is the most popular fence solution because it is secure, rigid, strong and cost-effective and you can see through from the street view. It is not easy to climb over, especially when it has very sharp edges, and it makes the risk higher for the intruder to hurt himself. Here you can order exact sizes and there are no wastage and cutting of standard panels which saves a lot of money.
Palisade Fence with walls. This is also a popular type of solution but it needs more security after installation because the walls become an easy entry point for intruders - so electric fencing on top of the walls will then serve as additional measure and the cost of this exercise without the additional electric fencing can be up to 3 times more expensive than Freestanding Palisade Fencing.
Solid brick Walls. This option is for maximum privacy but in case of security it can be quite dangerous when nobody can see from the street view and intruders can do whatever they like without anybody seeing them. This also needs additional security like electric fencing and cameras to secure your property better. But once they get into the property from another source like your gate or from a neighbor it is still very risky. This option also is very expensive.
Weldmesh Fencing. This becomes a very popular option for industrial and commercial applications and some people also install it at their homes. The panels come in standard sizes and you might have some wastage and you need to make sure it is purchased from a reputable supplier because up to 70% of these fencing are imported and carry no warranties. The other challenge is the gates because it can be sometimes quite expensive. It however also need additional security on top.
